What are we looking for?
The Quality Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Quality-side of the business including (but not limited to): maintenance of quality-related records, supporting audits, etc.
Shift/Schedule: Standard 1st shift M-F.

What you'll do:
* Oversee compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Management System requirements
* Lead quality improvement initiatives, including value stream mapping and Kaizen events
* Track and report project progress to stakeholders
* Provide training on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
* Drive continuous improvement through internal audits, corrective actions, and follow-up verifications
* Collaborate with management to prepare quality management review reports
* Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelors' degree in Quality, Industrial or Process Engineering or a related Engineering field
* 5+ years in a quality management position
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
