Sr Director, Software Engineering
As the Sr Director, Software Engineering in North America you will lead the strategy, development, and deployment to power our North American Go-to-Market platform and applications.
The role drives platform stability, performance, automation, and developer enablement, ensuring engineering teams can deliver software quickly and reliably.
We are looking for a leader that has led transformational efforts, created and delivered technical roadmaps, and creates engineering excellence. This leader plays a key role in scaling and modernizing our platform to meet customer growth and evolving product demands.

This role is based in Austin, TX and will have high flexibility to work remotely with in person collaboration on occassion, as required.

As Sr Director, Software Engineering you will be a key member of our tech leadership team, leading a total team in region of 20+ with functional leadership over global teams.
Product Development & Delivery Excellence
* Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of software releases, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
* Monitor and optimize team velocity and throughput using Agile metrics and tools.
* Collaborate with Product Management and Shared Services leaders to evaluate enhancement requests and incorporate strategic product improvements.
* Drive routines and commitments through your leaders for daily standups and sprint planning to ensure roadmap alignment and timely resolution of high-priority issues.
* Promote innovation in architecture, automation, and development practices to improve scalability, reliability, and user experience.
Strategic Product & Platform Leadership
* Partner with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to define the roadmap, prioritizing high-value initiatives and platform enhancements.
* Drive the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to increase development velocity and reliability.
* Define and continuously improve software development processes, methodologies, and SDLC best practices.
* Establish and enforce release criteria, automated testing goals, and quality benchmarks across teams.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
* Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines (frontend, backend, full-stack).
* Establish culture of high accountability, ownership and delivery
* Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning to grow engineering talent.
