Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled professional to join our Technical Analysis Centre (TEX) team, focused on Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear and Controlgear products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in products such as trip units of ACB/MCCB, communication modules & communication protocols like Modbus, TCP-IP, Profibus, CAN bus...

Key Responsibilities


* Perform root cause analysis on customer-returned products, trip units of MCCB, ACB, communication modules


* Coordinate product returns to the TEX Centre in collaboration with field service teams across geographies.


* Analyze customer issues using technical drawings, control circuit diagrams, and application logic.


* Prepare and present detailed technical reports to global teams.


* Identify customer pain points and provide actionable solutions through technical analysis.


* Collaborate with Marketing, Continuous Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.


* Support demanding application segments such as Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Navy, and Cloud infrastructure.


* Represent Schneider Electric's values by transforming challenging situations into opportunities and building long-term customer trust.

Trip units & communication modules of Switchgear products like ACB/MCCB

Qualifications

+ Technical education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
+ Expertise in board level debugging and analysis.
+ Have proficiency in communication protocols like Modbus, TCP-IP, Profibus etc.
+ Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
+ Effective team player with collaborative behavior in a multicultural environment.
+ Digitally savvy and fluent in English (written and verbal).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in a relevant technical role.

Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer is highly desirable.
