Your IMPACT:
In this role, you will enable teams to deliver business value through effective Agile practices, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
You will help remove obstacles, coach teams toward self-management, and ensure processes run smoothly to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Ensure Scrum and Kanban teams' effectiveness and continuous improvement.
* Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
* Helping the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet a transparent Definition of Done.
* Removing impediments to the team's progress.
* Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and timeboxed.
* Supporting effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
* Building empirical product planning in a complex environment.
* Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as needed.
* Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption.
* Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization.
* Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
* Introduce Agile techniques (e.g., XP, Kanban) and remove barriers between teams and stakeholders.

Experience and certifications:
* Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach working in Scrum; ideally PSM II+ certified.
* Experience with Kanban; certification in one of: KSD / KMP / TKP.
* Familiarity with scaled Agile delivery programs (e.g., SAFe, DSDM AgilePM, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Nexus).
* English- min.
