Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.


* One year shipping and/or receiving experience is required.


* Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.


* Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired.


* Must be proficient with word and excel.


* Past experience with AES, Imports/Exports and Oracle are also preferred.

Specific Responsibilities Include:


* Maintain inventory accuracy and control of material stores including finished goods and raw materials.


* Assist in the coordination of delivery and shipment schedules and provide all necessary data for proper pick-up and delivery.


* Package, stage and ship finished goods.

When necessary, expedite critical shipments.


* Assist with cycle counting, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective action and report status of cycle count program.
