Key Account Manager - Multi Channel

Schneider Electric is looking for a Key Account Manager - Multi Channel (Fire & Security) to join our Digital Energy team in Oslo.

In this role, you'll manage strategic accounts across multiple channels, system integrators, contractors, and OEMs-within segments like Real Estate, Healthcare, and Public & Educational.

Your mission? Drive growth, build strong partnerships, and deliver Schneider Electric's Fire & Security solutions that protect people and assets while enabling energy efficiency and digital transformation.

What You'll Do:


* Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive profitable growth in Fire & Security solutions.


* Secure order targets, maximize revenue and margin, and negotiate contracts when needed.


* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (including C-level) in customer organizations.


* Promote Schneider Electric's integrated Fire & Security offerings within Digital Energy.


* Develop and implement strategic partnership strategies across Schneider Electric sales teams.


* Prepare and deliver impactful presentations showcasing our technology and safety solutions.


* Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer budgets, and technology trends.


* Collaborate with peers, tender managers, and execution teams to ensure commercial success.


* Create annual account plans, including stakeholder mapping and growth opportunities.


* Maintain sales excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and planning.

What We're Looking For:


* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.


* Fluent Norwegian and English.


* 4-6 years in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in Fire & Security or building technologies.


* Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex deals.


* Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling experience.


* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
