Procurement Intern

What will you do?


* Support procurement department from Electronics cluster


* Data management: organize and maintain procurement records, project documentation, key performance indicators, supplier documents and systems


* Data analysis: analysis of spend, kpi's charts, trends in data, dashboards, supplier & quality scorecards.


* Project management: support in procurement projects such change of suppliers, QVE: Follow up in action plans triggered by projects pipeline.

Who will you report to?


* This position will report to Procurement Project Manager, and dotted line to plant procurement manager from an USA site.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Experience in excel (tables, pivots), dashboards, tableaus, power point, is preferred, knowledge in an ERP system is a plus.


* Intermediate - Advanced level in English communication (written and spoken)


* Bachelors in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or other related engineering or administration careers.


* Graduating on December 2026 or later
