About the Role
- This role focuses on providing expert writing consultation, content strategy advice, and customized writing support across projects and client needs in a fully remote environment.
- You will collaborate closely with the team to assess writing requirements, deliver tailored recommendations, refine approaches, and help keep consulting workflows organized, deliverables high-quality, and client outcomes effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with writing consulting-focused project tasks such as client consultations, content strategy development, writing audits, revision guidance, data entry and maintenance, online research, basic analysis, operations support, AI-output review, documentation, and coordination.
- Review, organise, and update consulting files and related information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with team members through written and verbal channels and provide timely updates on task status and progress.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of written English and clear, professional communication skills.
- Comfort using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, writing platforms, project management or online productivity tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in writing consultation, content strategy, editorial guidance, or data-related work is helpful but not required; training and onboarding will be provided.
