Lead-Coupa Invoice Analyst

What will you do?


* Lead or support Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.


* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.


* Configure Coupa modules based on client needs and best practices.


* Provide day-to-day support for Coupa users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC , S4HANA)


* Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.


* Manage supplier enablement, catalog uploads, and user access configurations.


* Monitor and optimize workflow approvals, compliance rules, and budget controls.


* Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.


* Stay updated on Coupa product releases and recommend enhancements or new features

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Strong background in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support


* Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense Management processes.


* Experience with Coupa integrations using flat files, APIs, or middleware.


* Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements.


* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Finance COE is a 70+ member , strongly growing into a 120+ team responsible for Best of Breed Finance applications ; The team is responsible for new implementation , roll outs , Application Maintenance Support , and delivering change requests


* Individual Contributor role
