We are looking for PRN LPNs! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI.

Pay: LPN rate is $31-$34/hr.

will include working every other weekend

Hours:


* Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 AM


* PRN


* PM: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:


* Medication administration


* Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents


* Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents


* Observing residents and appropriately documenting


* Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation


* Follow safety guidelines

Skills


* MUST have an LPN license


* Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures


* Excellent knowledge of emergency care


* In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times


* BS or other diploma from a nursing program
