This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

The selected candidate must hold US citizenship.

Responsibilities:


* Supports the end-to-end administration of services quotes and contracts, including order booking, quotation preparation, renewals, and amendments


* Maintains compliant services quotations & contracts in alignment with government business mandates and regulatory requirements


* Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of administrative processing activities


* Utilizes SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) platforms to manage service contracts, process orders, and maintain accurate data integrity


* Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues


* Learns and practices basic analysis


* Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction


* Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs

Education and Experience Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent


* Typically 1-5 years of experience


* Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices


* Good analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.


* Basic understanding of government/military operational frameworks


* Strong to advanced Excel capabilities and general MS tools, including Outlook and Teams


* Good written and verbal communication skills
