Pay Range: $20 - $30 (pay based on experience)

Responsibilities

These positions are responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts in a fast-paced assembly/production environment.

The goal of the Production Associate is to achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality service safely, while effectively and efficiently increasing profits.

Entry Level role duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:



* Performing assembly, testing, problem-solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control.


* Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).


* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skilled Level role duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:



* Operate basic welding equipment to assemble and join metal components according to specifications.


* Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to execute accurate welds.


* Inspect welds for quality and ensure adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.


* Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).


* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
