We are searching for the best talent for Monofilament Extrusion Lead

JOB SUMMARY

Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice.

Provides support for internal teams in the Manufacturing Assembly area.

Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Safely and efficiently executes daily tasks related to extrusion manufacturing of synthetic absorbable and non-absorbable monofilament products.

Typical tasks include providing training, set-up, tear-down, & cleaning of equipment, start-up, running, and shut-down of extrusion processes, testing of products, troubleshooting of equipment and processes, as well as maintenance of equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Completes tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.


* Adheres to best practices for set up, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery/equipment to foster a safe working environment.
