We are searching for the best talent for a Lean Manager role to be in Jacksonville, Florida.
Purpose: J&J MedTech Vision Supply Chain is embarking on a Lean transformation to accelerate and innovate in the areas of waste reduction, operational efficiency, and supply reliability.
This role will support leadership in developing a Lean training and coaching plan, driving consistent Lean communications, leading cross-functional kaizens, and developing Lean capabilities for the future.
You will be responsible for:
* Develop and lead a communications and change management strategy in partnership with Vision Supply Chain leaders
* Lead development and implementation of JJV Business Processes using Lean methodology, including annual goal setting, tracking, metrics, and business level updates
* Collect and/or create best-in-practice Lean tools across internal, external, and industry sources; lead communication, training, and implementation of tools across JJV supply chain (e.g., Tier Daily Management, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Problem Solving, Strategy Deployment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, etc.)
* Foster Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching programs
* Partner with Talent & Culture teams to drive capability assessments and mitigate capability gaps
