Senior Product Associate - (MAP) Marketing Data Platforms

As a Senior Product Associate in Marketing Data Platforms, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing products that leverage user research and customer feedback.
You will be at the forefront of enabling emerging technologies, such as agentic AI, across all CCB lines of business.
Your hands-on data skills and ability to build proof-of-concepts will accelerate product development cycles and ensure the integrity of critical data connections.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and success.
Job Responsibilities
* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
* Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
* Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
* Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
* Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
* Identify opportunities for modern technologies, such as agentic AI, to optimize marketing outcomes across CCB LOBs.
* Apply hands-on data analysis skills using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to explore data, troubleshoot issues, and validate data integrity.
* Build data-driven proof-of-concepts to test hypotheses and inform product development.
* Translate business needs into clear, technically informed requirements for engineering teams.
* Partner with marketing analytics, growth teams, and stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet objectives.
* Manage relationships and technical interactions with third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, analysis, and validation.
* Hands-on experience with data manipulation and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Dataiku.
* Experience utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and spreadsheet software like Excel.
* Experience translating complex data requirements and business needs into actionable product specifications and user stories.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
