Scope:

This role is a key, hands-on position with responsibilities spanning multiple workstreams focused on financial analysis, business partnering, reporting and general ad-hoc support.

This position reports to the Director of Global Manufacturing Finance with a dotted line to the Trumbull Operations FP&A Manager.

This individual will closely partner with Demand Planning, Plant Directors, and Quality to provide critical financial insights into factory performance, standardize business processes, streamline reporting, and identify quality trends to enhance business decision-making.

As this role requires a broad understanding of global manufacturing it requires strong financial acumen along with a robust business sense, ability to think critically, and effective communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Senior Operations FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting typical finance rhythms including month-end close, quarterly financial planning, annual budgeting, and strategy.

Additionally, this individual will be a key contributor in operating cadences utilized to enhance business decision-making and execute strategic direction such as demand planning, site reviews, KPI tracking, capital expense, and productivity.

Lastly, this individual will be responsible to partner with Quality leaders to develop & track key financial metrics and provide value-added insights to improve performance.
