Production Operations Analyst (Insurance Programs)

As a Production Operations Analyst, you will participate in coordinating the filing and release of new and revised insurance programs in response to the changing business environment for all lines of insurance.

Additionally, you will partner with and support actuarial to issue and announce pricing changes to customers.

Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, product quality, and timeliness while expanding your insurance knowledge.

• Communicating changes to policy forms, rules, and pricing, along with guidance in issuing and rating policies to customers.
• Assisting with revisions to policy forms, manual rules, and pricing material as part of insurance program revisions.
• Proofreading a variety of electronic products, relying on house style, established procedures, and grammatical intuition to prompt needed and appropriate change.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and internal consistency.

Demonstrate initiative and commitment to identify and correct problems that arise.
• Prioritizing and modifying plans to address changing needs.

Monitor and communicate workload to ensure customer timeframes are successfully met.
• Collaborating with all stakeholders, including Product Development, Product Compliance, Law Department, Government Relations, Actuarial, Publication Support, etc., inviting perspectives, contributions, and partnerships within the team, the unit, the company, and with our customers and business partners.
• Partnering with the product teams to bring new products to market.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills required.
• Excellent fact-checking and trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects and engage meaningfully across departments.
• Insurance experience while not required is a plus.
• CPCU exam study or completion is a plus and strongly encouraged.
