Purpose:

The Associate Director Integrated Analytics – Immunology (IMM) Portfolio position is primarily responsible for leading the integration and execution of analytics to generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities across the IMM Portfolio.

This position will serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales, and broader business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action.

The position plays a key role in guiding the commercial team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

Key Responsibilities:



* Identify, craft and complete analytics which inform Immunology marketing and sales strategy and tactics.


* Leverage disparate data and insight sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities, evaluate business performance, and assess impact of marketing and sales tactics.


* Determine optimal analytical approaches, develop strong partnerships in the context of resources, timing, and overall project goals.


* Develop insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.


* Find opportunities to embed StAT capabilities (Advanced Analytics, Access Insights, Patient Engagement, etc.) to drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies.
