We are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Product Manager Gastroenterology (80% - 100%) to help drive strategic growth in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


* Product management: Own and drive responsibilities and tasks


* Drive Product Growth: Lead the development and execution of local commercial tactical plan, projects and services to maximise growth of Inflammatory Bowel Disease portfolio across Switzerland, aligning with brand strategies and business objectives.


* Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with local stakeholders to gather insights and needs, enhancing marketing initiatives based on deep local market understanding.


* Cross-Functional Leadership: Successfully lead the Local Action Team (LAT) to deploy commercial tactical plans and coordinate projects among medical, sales, and other teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.


* Innovative Project Management: Spearhead local commercial projects, including campaign development, sales material creation, and market insights generation, utilizing an innovative omnichannel approach.


* Performance Monitoring: Plan, monitor, and report on business performance, identifying deviations and providing strategic recommendations to the Country Value Team ( CVT) , to improve commercial outcomes.


* Training and Development: Contribute to the development of comprehensive training plans and lead the execution of commercial training elements to empower the team.


* Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, enhancing the business unit's competitive edge and reputation.


* Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate third-party events, congress participation, and sponsorships to increase visibility and engagement within the oncology field.


* Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the CVT and the x-functional teams to align the strategy & tactics and ensure holistic product positioning.
