A successful candidate will lead Portfolio Insights and Analysis, and develop, refine, and maintain robust portfolio insights capabilities to aid in enterprise-wide portfolio decision-making at GCSO.

The position will drive insights and provide an independent view to the GCSO SLT for cross-Therapeutic Area (TA) and cross-DAS (Disease Area Stronghold) portfolio-related decisions and support J&J Global Commercial leadership.

The position is accountable for providing GCSO and Regional management with analysis and recommendations regarding the R&D portfolio, including programs in Early and Late Development and external assets recently licensed or acquired.

This role reports to the Sr.

Director, Global Strategy and Analytics and may partner directly with VP, Portfolio Innovation & Commercialization Strategy.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



* Lead global insights with a center of excellence approach that generates strategic insights for the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio in the context of the Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP), 10-year outlook, and Business Plan (BP).


* Continue development of a technology roadmap (with platform like Signal, Margo) and integrate emerging AI capabilities to efficiently develop strategic insights about our global portfolio in partnership with TAs.


* Develop a Global Insights Roadmap and playbook in partnership with Commercialization Excellence to uncover customer insights that support next wave of innovation in our clinical pipeline.


* Co-lead the GCSO Insights and Analytics forum in partnership with the TA teams.
