Roles & responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of the Learning & Development team, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that ensure our staff are equipped with the latest industry knowledge, compliance standards, and skills required for a highly regulated environment.

You will contribute to fostering a culture where learning is an inherent part of our identity, motivating everyone to learn, grow, and excel.

Your key responsibilities include:



* Developing and executing comprehensive, tailored training programs for various functions


* Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments
