Purpose: The Professional Education Manager is responsible for developing and managing educational programs aimed at healthcare professionals to ensure effective utilization of products and adherence to industry standards.
This role focuses on the planning and execution of educational programs at the national and regional levels for all healthcare professional learners (beginning, intermediate, advanced, specialized).
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Development and Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive training programs for healthcare providers, sales teams, and internal staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, physician program directors and R&D, to develop educational content that supports product launches and ongoing education initiatives.
* Resource Management: Oversee the creation of training materials, such as presentations, videos, and manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively address the needs of the target audience.
