The role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the organizational vision, driving process excellence, and enhancing operational capabilities.

It oversees long-term financial planning, capital investment decisions, and project management to ensure efficient and sustainable manufacturing operations.

The leader champions Industry 4.0 initiatives, develops asset replacement and technology strategies, and manages budgets and KPIs to optimize performance.

Additionally, they foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



* Responsible and accountable for establishing a clear organizational vision, building process excellence and organizational capability, driving execution, and measuring and improving functional performance.


* Direct, guide and provide oversight for the capital long-term financial planning (LRFP), forecasting, budgeting, controlling and reporting of the site capital plan communicating status and health to site and network partners.


* As the administrator of the site Capital Appropriations Committee (CIC), organizes the monthly meetings with the site Leadership Team passionate about reviewing and assessing Capital Appropriations Requests (CAR).
