We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers while maintaining cost-effectiveness, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Job


* Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and customer expectations.


* Oversee procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.


* Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and service-level agreements.


* Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize holding costs.


* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, and Finance to align supply chain activities.


* Optimize logistics and transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.


* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and environmental laws.


* Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.


* Lead and mentor a team of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics personnel.


* Manage risk and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Education & Certifications


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).


* Certification such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma is advantageous.

Professional Experience


* 5-8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.


* Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
