What You Will Do
- Revenue Strategy & Margin Support
o Assist in tracking pricing actions and margin performance
o Drive profitable revenue growth by ensuring all initiatives, pricing actions, and share capture efforts are aligned with margin and financial objectives
o Identify erosion risks early and support mitigation plans to protect and improve account-level profitability
§ Work with PMs on mitigation plan - ex.
Improving cycle time, reducing yield loss
- Operational Alignment & Execution
o Act as the primary liaison between internal business units (BUs), product managers (PMs), and contract manufacturers to ensure operational readiness and execution of business plans
o Lead coordination of NPIs with local and offshore CMs, ensuring timely execution, tooling readiness, and build schedules
o Deliver quarterly business updates to BUs summarizing account performance, demand shifts, and strategic priorities
- Customer VOC and Forecast Management
o Collect and consolidate demand forecasts from customers and CMs to ensure supply consistency and capacity planning
o Communicate shifts in market demand and project wins to relevant BU
o Monitor VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) aging and drive release schedules to minimize inventory holding costs
o Engage in price negotiations and expedite supply to meet customer demand and mitigate risks
- Product & Share Tracking
o Apply a data driven approach to account analysis to pinpoint gaps in portfolio penetration, underutilized products, and recommend targeted strategies to accelerate growth
o Work with ODM account managers and stakeholders to ensure we are capturing share on priority programs
o Identify product-level gaps and bring visibility to missed opportunities
- Manufacturing strategy and capacity planning
o Collaborate on initiatives to expand production capacity outside of China, supporting customer resiliency goals and regional strategy
o Evaluate capacity utilization on critical platforms for each account
