This position is perfect for college students or retirees who want to start their day making a difference in the community!
What You'll Do:


* Open the indoor pool and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members.


* Provide vigilant lifeguard coverage during early morning swim sessions and classes.


* Engage positively with members while modeling our Y values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.


* Maintain focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

* Current Lifeguard certification (required).


* Dependable, early-morning work ethic.


* Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications



* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age


* High School Diploma or equivalent required.


* YUSA lifeguard certified preferred, but not required; training may be provided for recertification


* Schedule is Monday throughFriday, 4:45amto 9 am
