Senior Director Digital

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Director to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy.

This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring the success of our digital initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.


* Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email, retargeting, and social media.


* Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies and partners.


* Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.


* Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.


* Oversee and grow the company's social media presence.


* Monitor, measure, and refine online content performance.


* Track and analyze SEO results, web traffic, and user engagement through tools such as Google Analytics.


* Build and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.


* Forecast digital trends and anticipate sales performance opportunities.


* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategy.


* Foster and maintain strong cross-functional and external relationships.


* Stay informed on emerging digital technologies, platforms, and best practices.

Qualifications


* 4+ years of proven success as a Digital Marketing Director or in a similar senior digital marketing role.


* Strong expertise in Google Shopping, SEO, and email marketing.


* Demonstrated ability to design and implement multi-channel digital strategies.


* Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other digital marketing tools.


* Solid understanding of web design fundamentals and content management.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
