Our Benalla manufacturing site is located in regional Victoria, 2.5 hours north of Melbourne's CBD.

This plant plays a crucial role in our operations, providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, primarily Transformers, Kiosks and Switchgear.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Customer Engineer to join our team in Benalla, Victoria.

This permanent position will see you playing a pivotal role in leading engineered-to-order projects that support the production of Transformers, Kiosks, and Switchgear.

* Lead and manage diverse engineered to order projects in support of our Benalla manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with Customer expectations and related business objectives


* Deliver Customer solutions as you balance quality, cost and adhere to other internal processes across multiple concurrent projects


* Collaborate with varied cross-functional teams and other related stakeholder groups to ensure project success including; Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and various leadership


* Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle


* Contribute to local manufacturing innovation, supporting Schneider's commitment to regional


* economic development, sustainability, other Customer partnerships and strategic relationships

Our ideal candidate will possess:
