We are looking for an Application Support Intern located at our Monterrey HUB location in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Support for the team in adopting new digital tools.


* Using of the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to support the Oracle SAP ERP systems,


* Creation of ERP adoption content and issue resolution.


* Collaboration with platform experts, engaging in conversations with users to gather feedback for improvements.


* Focus on enhancing User Experience.

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:


* Are an active student of majors from the IT field like: IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related graduating in June 2026 or a later date.


* Have an advanced English level


* Have excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.


* Have excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills,
