The job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following elements:

Responsible for leading the construction of several products concurrently.

• Schedule, provide training/mentorship and coordinate daily activities for the Inspection Department,


* Lead multiple tools and effectively coordinate with support resources (machinists, EDM, inspection, etc....)


* Interpret design blueprints and electronic models to determine inspection results and plan.

• Perform operations within very close tolerances.

• Ability to work with Engineering, Programming and Operations throughout the manufacturing process


* Ensure Final Quality Review (FQR) is being performed and complete.


* Comply with Corporate EHS, Quality and HR rules and standards

Job Specifications

Basic Qualifications:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience with GOM/ATOS, including analyzing of data.


* Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction of turbine/airfoil molds and dies.

• Ability to lead and effectively train other inspectors to analyze bluelight data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively work / communicate as part of a team.

• Thorough knowledge of the tooling process.


* Ability to lead and effectively train other inspectors to analyze BlueLight data.
