Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our team in Jacksonville, FL as the Brand Operations Manager!

Purpose: The Brand Operations Manager for the Vision team at Johnson & Johnson will help build and manage brand governance and brand operations capabilities for the Vision portfolio, across both surgical and non-surgical products.

Focus will be on copy review management; the maintenance and hygiene of digital asset management tools and brand portals; and the development, distribution, and training on brand standards for both internal and external audiences.

As Brand Operations Manager, you will work closely with our legal, regulatory, regional and global marketing, and external agency partners — to ensure that all governance models and resources, owned and developed by this team, are of the highest level of standards and usability.

In addition, the role partners closely with J&J MedTech sector Brand Operations team to support and influence the brand governance approach advancing the needs of the sector.

Responsibilities:



* Lead Global Vision copy review / MLR process, ensuring timely review and consistent execution of Vision product branding guidelines and regulatory requirements for all marketing assets.


* Maintain Vision DAM tools (Veeva & Bynder) in alignment with brand governance strategy, including brand portal hygiene, content rights management, taxonomy updates, and migration of new product guidelines into brand portal.


* Help develop and publish Vision-specific guideline and asset management processes, including training of teams on their use and internal communication strategy


* Lead implementation of Vision brand expressions in key partnerships and activations, including asset and guideline creation, management, and governance.


* Support the development, activation, maintenance and adherence of global brand architecture and strategy for the Vision portfolio of brands


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media


* Lead projects with creative vendors, including the writing and reviewing of creative briefs
