What will you do?

The role of the Commercial Director is to accelerate our Mass retail channel strategy within Germany.

With a focus on Grocery & Discount (LEH + Discount) as key channels for growth, this role will deliver the successful execution of our Go to Market Strategy, meet, and exceed our KPIS and shape our medium to longer term future plans with our customers.

 The successful candidate will be a people focused, courageous and results orientated leader, fully embracing an end to end and entrepreneurial mindset.

This role offers an opportunity for a key talent to accelerate their career to senior levels within the Germany sales organization.
