has an opening for a Wastewater & Paint System Technician for the Generation 2 Paint Line System.

This position will be for the 3rd shift.

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED required


* Water Treatment Experience Preferred


* Knowledge of background in chemistry preferred


* Experience with powder coating systems preferred


* Forklift certified or ability to obtain


* Hazwoper certified or ability to obtain


* Wastewater certified or ability to obtain


* Strong written and verbal communication


* Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (including Excel)


* Occasional Shift fluctuations may be required due to special projects

Responsibilities:


* System & Chemical Maintenance: monitor system and adjust tanks and parameters as needed


* Water & Safety Compliance: handle hazardous waste and chemicals appropriately, follow all safety and 5S standards


* Equipment & Process Support: maintain pre-treatment and system application equipment, troubleshoot and repair spray systems


* Documentation & Communication: log system data, communicate with engineering, and suppliers


* Flexibility & Development: support overtime, travel for training as needed, participate in ongoing process improvement
