Basic Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution


* Minimum of 5 to 7 years engineering or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience in a machining, aerospace or industrial gas turbines operation


* Aerospace specification knowledge


* Ability to solve problems and identify root cause and corrective action(s).


* Proficient in Microsoft Office software and CAD cam programs


* Working knowledge of statistical processing analysis tools


* Training and Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Tools
