As the Senior Supervisor, Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for supporting and driving continuous improvement and support for existing clients.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Partner with management teams to assess current processes and identify opportunities for Lean process improvements
* Drive continuous improvement of stock integrity through investigations and root cause analysis, leveraging WMS and Microsoft tools
* Actively support continuous improvement projects and departmental development initiatives
* Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution alongside the IT department to implement process improvements and performance initiatives that streamline operations and enhance system capabilities
* Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections
* Direct and prioritize the activities of the site maintenance team to maintain operational effectiveness
* Guide, coach, and motivate employees to reach their potential and uphold high performance standards
* Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and standards consistently
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* 3 years of relevant experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
* Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
It'd be great if you also have:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
* 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
* Experience in quality, engineering, lean ability to identify best practices in a high-volume production environment
* PMP certified
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Bilingual English/Spanish
* Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
* Solid time management and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
