What's the role?

The ERP Systems Administrator is pivotal in managing and optimizing the organization's materials management software systems (Fishbowl) and transition to our ERP system (SAP).

This position will provide enterprise systems/business support for various projects for enterprise applications, focusing on proper configuration and utilization of our current solution (Fishbowl) and leading the set-up and configuration of an SAP ERP solution.

The purpose of the ERP Systems Administrator is to ensure smooth business operations through system configuration and maintenance that mirrors industry best practice, and continuous improvement of the ERP solution in accordance with the business strategy.

This position is also responsible for enhancing supply chain operations by driving the use of business intelligence tools that optimizes the efficient use of our software systems and facilitates data driven decision making.

The role demands strategic oversight, technical expertise, and a proactive system management and process improvement approach.

* System Mastery and Optimization: Serve as the technical expert for Fishbowl and SAP, ensuring optimal system configuration and performance, accurate master data management, the correct planning and procurement parameters, and strategic utilization to support organizational goals.


* System Administration: Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and compliance with audit standards.


* Enhancements and Upgrades: Plan, test, and validate system enhancements and upgrades to ensure seamless integration and improved functionality within existing workflows.
