The role Manager, MISE Vendor and Quality Management is responsible for developing and managing the quality assurance standards for all medical inquiries including but not limited to phone calls, electronic Medical Information Requests, Chat and General Inquires processed by Medical Information Scientific Engagement (MISE).

The MISE Manager employs innovative approaches for continuous quality improvement and works closely with other managers within MISE to accomplish the quality control goals.

This role will also assist Associate Director, MISE Vendor and Quality Management to ensure quality standards are followed by MISE vendor.

You will be responsible for:



* Oversees the quality of vendor Quality Assurance team’s performance by conducting calibration of its quality reviews.


* Monitors data integrity for MISE customer database and employs innovative approaches for continuous quality improvement.


* Holds the MISE vendor accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).


* Collaborates with cross functional partners (Quality, Safety, IT CRM systems) to ensure MISE programs and procedures are designed to efficiently provide high quality scientific engagement to customers while minimizing compliance risk.


* Executes internal and external customer satisfaction surveys, analyzes results, and makes recommendations for improvements.


* Works with Business Process Leader to ensure vendor expense is maintained within pre-approved budget.
