As a strategic partner to our people leaders, the Talent Lead will shape our people strategy by building and executing innovative hiring and employer branding initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Leveraging data-driven insights, proactive talent pipelining, and strategic workforce planning, you will streamline recruitment processes and develop best-in-class sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Drive efficient execution of the full-cycle recruitment process-from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding-ensuring a speedy and seamless, engaging candidate experience at every stage.
* Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals leveraging in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and opportunities and collaborate with leadership to forecast future needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
* Proactively partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors as a trusted advisor, building strong, collaborative relationships to understand their unique needs and deliver impactful recruitment solutions.
Champion and embed inclusive talent acquisition practices, working closely with business leaders to rapidly develop and implement tailored, high-performing recruitment strategies that achieve business objectives and foster an engaged and high-performing organizational culture.
* Lead employer branding efforts to build a strong and authentic presence in the talent marketplace, attracting candidates aligned with our values and culture.
Develop and implement strategies to manage our presence across relevant platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience that reinforces our employer brand and attracts top-tier talent.
