Responsibilities


* Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist with implementing treatment plans to improve functional independence and mobility


* Accurately document patient progress and treatment sessions


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other care team members


* Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques


* Support discharge planning and caregiver training

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license in good standing


* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and time-management skills
