A Brief Overview

The ESG and Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization's adherence to environmental regulations, sustainability initiatives, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

This role involves developing and managing environmental compliance programs, tracking regulatory changes, and driving initiatives to reduce the company's environmental impact.

The manager will lead ESG reporting efforts, promote sustainability practices across the organization, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

They will also serve as a key resource for training, development, and external stakeholder engagement on environmental and ESG matters.

What you will do


* Ensure company-wide compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., air, water, waste, hazardous materials).

Monitor and maintain accurate environmental permits, reports, and records.

Conduct environmental audits and assessments, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.


* Develop, implement, and track ESG programs aligned with corporate sustainability goals.

Collect and analyze data to produce annual ESG reports, ensuring transparency and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate ESG principles into business strategies and operations.


* Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimization.

Drive sustainability practices across the organization, including sourcing, operations, and product lifecycle management.

Act as a liaison with external organizations and regulatory bodies regarding environmental and ESG matters.
