Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled business intelligence lead responsible for customer research and supporting commercial channel teams in the region.

This role will focus on leading data analysis efforts to generate insights that drive data transformation initiatives and enhance business intelligence across the organization.

Manage all information related to commercial data, planning, sales compensation, and variable incentives.

Lead commercial policy design, control, and trade spending follow-up.

Experience in advanced analytics.

Deep understanding of business intelligence tools.

Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Position Scope

This position, while initially contracted for the Business Intelligence area within the South LATAM Vision Care cluster, is mapped for potential future development and transformation.

Its scope may evolve to become part of LATAM One Vision, though this transition is not guaranteed.

Duties & Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights:


* Lead the analysis of complex datasets using statistical methods to identify trends influencing strategic business decisions.


* Apply data science techniques like predictive modeling and machine learning for innovative solutions to business challenges.

 Business Intelligence Development:


* Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights.
