Who we're looking for:
A Resident Care Manager who:


* Holds a current LPN or RN license in the state of Oregon


* Has a strong sense of accountability, clinical excellence, and team leadership


* Can manage care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and advocate fiercely for residents


* Believes in working hard and laughing hard
