Job Summary

As an Internal Client Advisor within the J.P.

Morgan internal sales team, you will collaborate closely with a senior territory-based sales partner to devise a comprehensive strategy for a territory of financial advisors.

Your role will involve servicing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You will spend a significant portion of your time on the phone, fostering relationships, establishing partnerships, and exchanging ideas that benefit both the advisors and their clients.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary role of the internal client advisor (ICA) is to work with financial advisors to


* Share insights around financial markets


* Help construct investment portfolios


* Provide specific investment solutions based on client needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


* 2+ years financial sales experience, experience selling over the phone needed


* Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace (technical expertise)


* Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with our partner firms (strength managing relationships)


* Familiarity with financial markets, market terminology, capital markets history and economic indicators, along with equity, fixed income, international, emerging markets, currency and alternative asset classes.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Ability to effectively leverage our global resources
