As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank, Neovest, you lead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your team's work adheres to compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices.

The Technical Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

This position requires a proactive leader to drive QA automation and oversee performance, load, and system testing for both Java and C#/.NET technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:


* Establish and communicate clear guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.

* Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes for both Java and C#/.NET technology stacks.

* Conduct performance, load, and system testing to ensure the scalability and reliability of our software products.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.


* Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.


* Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing methodologies.


* Integrate QA automation into an automated build and deployment process.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience, including coaching and mentoring.


* Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with expertise in technology disciplines.


* Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role in a FinTech or capital markets environment.


* Strong technical expertise in both Java and C#/.NET technology stacks.


* Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, NUnit).


* Experience with performance, load, and system testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).


* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
