PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.


* Basic Computer skills.


* 3 months experience as an MCO.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 HOUR ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS, 7:00 P.M TO 7:00 A.M.

(2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off)

Starting pay rate starts at $21.16 an hour.

JOB SUMMARY:

Works under general supervision to process the castings from etch through final gauging (including heat treat) as prescribed by the PMS/product criteria, visual specifications and QAS specifications to meet customer requirements.

Dimensionally gauges and adjusts dimensions to comply with the prescribed written instructions using a variety of gauges and special tools.

The employee must plan and perform the proper sequence of set-ups, operations, and processes.

Performs highly complex tasks, working independently with little supervision to provide critical heat treatment for castings per written instructions and SOPs.
