Your Role: Global Talent Development Consultant
As Global Talent Development Consultant you will be instrumental in driving leadership development initiatives across Elanco, with a focus on facilitating impactful learning experiences for senior leaders.
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for developing talent, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, a proven ability to manage large-scale programs, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex global organization.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead Elanco’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP): Own all aspects of ALDP execution, from facilitation and content updates to participant engagement and alumni network cultivation.
* Design and Facilitate Senior Leader Development: Create and deliver engaging training programs for senior leaders (Sr.
Director and above), covering areas like team assimilation, key program development, and leadership capability building.
* Develop Performance Management Resources: Lead the development of content and tools to support coaching, feedback, goal setting, and all aspects of performance management, ensuring scalability across the organization.
* Drive Skill Development: Oversee skill mapping initiatives and translate identified skill gaps into targeted development opportunities.
* Project Management: Manage various key projects within the Global Talent Development team, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Manage Projects and Processes, with a focus on continuous improvement: Manage key talent development projects, implement process improvements for program administration, and oversee budget management.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience: 5-10 years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or a related field.
