L2/L3 PriceFX Support

* L2/L3 PriceFX Support team member will:



* Be onboarded in the PriceFX team as member of PriceFX Support


* Foster and promote DevSecOps culture


* Build and Maintain PriceFX Knowledge Articles


* Coordinate and collaborate with Root Cause Analysis


* Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met for all open Support requests

Will learn, understand, troubleshoot and later program and directly contribute to PriceFX solution

Will support PriceFX, and will provide PriceFX maintenance and continuous improvement of the platform

Will have comprehensive knowledge of designing an application to run on a scalable platform

This candidate will work in an agile environment, which means test-based development and pair programming Qualifications



* Candidate must have at least three years of programming experience(overall experience 3 - 4 years)



* Java / Python


* Groovy knowledge is good to have

Candidate must have recent working experience


* Information Technology is fast changing and people who are out of work for longer than three months, we prefer not to interview
