Supplier Quality Engineer Qro.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer for our ASCO Queretaro location.

Mainly Activities:


* Incoming Inspection backlog analysis charts & issue preventive actions.


* Support data to incoming NCMRs referenced to vendor.


* Scrap analysis & issue preventive actions to RO2 & DIS codes.


* Coordinate MRB meeting with SQE, buyers and Mfg.


* Eng per IQC holds and JDE rework orders.


* ECNs reviews to folder updating & assure OS accuracy.


* Assure vendor notification per in process NCMRs referenced to vendor.


* Coordinate Preventive Maintenance to all Incoming inspection tools and equipments.


* Audit all IQC items per inspection folder accuracy: History, NCMRs, OS, C of C, ECNs, etc.


* Support 5S's practices to Incoming inspection processes.


* Support in-process troubleshooting analysis to suspected vendor issues.


* Assure incoming inspectors training.

Qualifications



* Engineer degree or more at related field: Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Electronic.


* 3 or more years experience on Manufacturing Practices.


* Basic Knowledge on MRP System (preferred JD Edwards).


* Basic Skills on ISO 9001 Standard.


* Excellent Attention to Problems Solving detail.


* High Urgency Sense Level & Pro-Active.


* Basic Metrology Equipment skills.


* Basic Electrical & Mechanical Drawings Interpretation.


* High Spirit to Team Work Practices.


* English required
