The Manager/Senior Manager of Materials Supply Chain will be responsible for directing and coordinating all supply chain activities with an eye toward managing working capital as it relates to inventory levels.

This key leader will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong team of professionals across supply chain who have a bias toward taking action to address the needs of both internal and external customers.

Driving process improvement through leveraging lean skills and techniques will be critical toward creating the most efficient process, workflows, and systems.

This position plays a significant role in sourcing high quality and cost-effective materials and services in supporting production operations to ensure D S Brown products are viewed as the best in the industry and cost competitive, while maintaining high operating margins.

Developing and retaining top talent will be critical to the success of this role and requires on-going attention to the health and well-being of the Supply Chain Team.

This position is one of two top Operations leaders reporting to the VP/GM with responsibility for the successful and profitable operation of the business with a focus on driving profitable growth by product line.
