As a Cybersecurity & Global Security Attorney, you will draft and negotiate cybersecurity terms, analyze laws and regulations, advise on implementation and compliance, incident response and crisis management and insider risk, physical security and strategic threats.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, providing practical solutions to complex security challenges.

You will be a key player in protecting our firm and its clients, acting as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and physical security.

Job Responsibilities:


* Draft and negotiate cybersecurity and information security terms in supplier and client contracts.


* Analyze and advise on cybersecurity and physical security regulations across jurisdictions.


* Participate in advocacy and policy efforts.


* Advise on cybersecurity incident response, crisis management, and regulatory engagement.


* Provide day-to-day advice to the cybersecurity and technology controls organization and global security teams..


* Identify issues, analyze problems, and provide practical solutions within risk tolerances.


* Advise on global security issues, including physical and technical security, insider risk, global intelligence and strategic threats.
